The Company will provide FlexiPath Outbound, which will be used by hospitals/medical institutions and general physicians who want to refer patients to a specialist or a laboratory (pathology or radiology).
With numerous referrals to send each day, it can be quite challenging for the referrers to connect EPR/EMR and referral receiving systems. FlexiPath Outbound will enable users to send referrals with a single click. It will be compatible with other systems and help solve the problem of overburdened referral systems.

The Company will also provide FlexiPath Inbound, which will be used mainly by diagnostic laboratories and pathology & radiology departments or specialists who are seeking patient referrals or testing orders.
FlexiPath Inbound will enable the receiving party to send requisition print back to the referrer so that incoming referrals are backtracked with the collected sample specimen, which would help in reducing the errors related to results.
CENTRALISED CLOUD AI-BASED PLATFORM
The Company has created a highly secure and centralised platform that functions as a standalone module for order & result communication. It connects and aggregate data and deliver seamless interoperability between disparate clinical systems like EPR (Electronic Patient Record), EMR (Electronic Medical Record), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or Radiology Information System (RIS) without the need to change existing systems with different data formats.
INTELLIGENT ROUTING ALGORITHM
The Company’s Intelligent routing algorithm streamline the load between various receiving labs, balance the load, route diagnostic test orders & referrals, and achieve optimal resource allocation and optimum efficiency in the system. This will help in streamlining workflow and improve turnaround time.
SWITCHING BETWEEN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Company will provide its client with the flexibility to connect to more than one service provider at a time. In case doctors find that they have too many referrals to send they can switch between providers, within few clicks, they would be able to do so without the enormous cost of changing the existing electronic patient record systems.
